    一个香港友人眼中的深圳楼市

      我的计划是尽快卖掉目前我在深圳的房产,卖个好价钱,然后租住一套公寓.在房地产崩盘之后,我将买进多套房产,做为一项长期投资.我的这个策略和我在深圳的许多外国朋友不谋而合.

      Now that you‘re talking aboutHongKong,as a HongKong resident living in Shenzhen,I feel obliged to share my opinion.

      I was bornin Guangdong and emigrated to HK when I was 5.As agraduate of the University of HongKong earning HK $500 thousand to HK $1 million a year,I think I belong to them iddle classin HongKong.

      When it comes to the property market in Shenzhen,I think it is already too high and I would say it‘s more likely for me to sell my present property than to buy more.

      Recently,in view of the in creasing value ofRMB,I have started in vesting in Shenzhen,not in the irrational property and stock markets but in the retail market.I am building are tailchain in Shenzhen at my spare time and there turni spretty good.There turnis more stable and the risk is much lower.
